1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
- Custom-made or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@glowgridinnovations.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.
- For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@glowgridinnovations.com within 14 days of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Installed or modified lighting fixtures
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging for faster resolution.
